Christian Trauma & Life Coaching
Tasha Ellington, CTRC
Founder of Hills & Valleys: A Healing Place | Certified Trauma Recovery Coach | Certified Life Coach
Hi! My name is Tasha and I am a vessel chosen by the Lord to steward well what He asked me too! One of those assignments are sitting with His daughters.
The Lord called me to coaching 4 years ago as I was working through my own healing from childhood trauma. I was healed and set free from the bondage of years of sexual abuse by my grandfather and all the effects that came with the abuse.
I have always loved sitting with others, listening and loving on them. It was through my own healing He taught me to love like Jesus. I was gifted the same love from a mentor and was gifted freedom through Christ. It would be selfish of me to keep it to myself. So, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and my obedience to Him, the gift of wise counsel was birthed. I GET to sit with HIS daughters and lead them and hold their hands through their healing journey. Not by my might, but by His Spirit.
Genesis 50:20 is my life verse for many reasons. What the enemy tried to kill and destroy me with, the Lord has, and is using it for His good.

Renee Buzille
Certified Life Coach | H&V Prayer Ministry Team Member | H&V Young Ladies Discipleship Group Leader
Hi, my name is Renee Buzille, a daughter of the most High King. I LOVE JESUS and have been a follower since 2004.
For years , I refused to allow anyone into the recesses of my heart, and so I stayed stuck. I was running circles on the hamster wheel of life, allowing my emotions to rule rather than God’s truth and promises. While I knew Jesus loved me and I loved Him, I had acquired much baggage that needed to be unpacked.
At one point, I began a journey to truly understand Jeremiah 29:11. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (NIV)
This is when I was led to my mentor and now dear friend, Tasha Ellington.Tasha walked me through God’s plans and promises for EVERY believer (and that included ME )! This necessary walk involved digging through my old baggage, identifying the LIES and damage my sin had caused, and laying it at the feet of Jesus. As I released to Him the things I had gripped tightly for so long, He replaced them with His truth about my identity and my purpose and filled me with a love for people I had not experienced on this side of Heaven. I now walk in the freedom Christ died for, and He has prepared me to help others do the same.
I am passionate about what God has called me to do – lead others to find victory by unpacking their own baggage, whatever that may look like. There is no hurt, habit, or hangup that God cannot heal. If you feel stuck – like life has you on a never-ending hamster wheel – let's talk! Sit down and stay awhile...and let me help you unpack the lies and show you God’s truth about who you are and WHOSE you are.
I look forward to walking through this healing journey with you, so that you can discern and live out God's good, pleasing, and perfect will for your life (Romans 12:2).

Testimonials
My name is Abbie Paul. I am 22 years old, and I made a personal commitment to follow Jesus at the age of 20. I met Renee through a recovery group at our church. As a young christian, navigating my own walk with Christ, I was able to personally witness the transformation and growth that occurred in Renee through the love of Christ. I was not only a witness to God’s work in Renee’s life, I was also a recipient of the freedom and healing that occurred in her life. God is the only one that can offer us true healing, true freedom, and true redemption, but God does place people in our lives to walk alongside us and lead us towards Him. Renee was placed in my life for this purpose. Renee has walked alongside me, she has sat with me, prayed with me, shared her testimony with me, and created a safe relationship, where I am open to share and not be met with judgment or condemnation. In order for healing to take place with God, we have to be willing to break down our walls and be vulnerable. Renee has openly shared the work that God has done in her life, and through her obedience and vulnerability, I have been able to sit with her and with God, and be vulnerable myself. Renee’s heart for God is evident. It is evident in the sacrifices she has made, it is evident in the commitment she has made to Christ, it is evident in the joy and the freedom that she lives with. Renee’s mentorship has helped me reach new depths in my relationship with Christ. I have been able to grow into my identity as a child of God, and I have been able to find freedom and healing. Renee is willing to have the difficult conversations, she is willing to break bread and fellowship with you, she is willing to speak truth in love, and most importantly she is willing and obedient to God’s calling. God is the one doing the work, but Renee leads by example. She demonstrates what it means to love like Christ, and be met with Arms Wide Open.
